Booker Named Northern Conference Defensive Player of the Week |

DEFENSE: Dante Booker, Canton Legends. In two games this week, Booker had four sacks against Johnstown and then followed that with three against Syracuse as the Legends improved to 4-1.
OFFENSE: Maurice Lee, Miami Valley Silverbacks. Set five league record with his 16 catches, 191 yards and seven touchdowns in the Silverbacks 57-54 decision over the Steubenville Stampede. All three stats were league marks in addition to most points (42) and total touchdowns (7).
LINEMAN: Eddie Robinson, Erie Freeze. Solid play upfront helped the Freeze remain unbeaten and hold off a strong challenge from the Huntington Heroes. SPECIAL TEAMS: Erik Rockhold, Reading Express. Kicked a 45-yard field goal in overtime that gave the Express the victory over Johnstown in the AIFL’s first-ever overtime game. Rockhold also had three PATs |
